"Heather was recommended to me by a trusted friend as someone that I should speak to with regard to developing my potential as a non-exec director (NED), and I am so grateful for that recommendation. Heather has a wonderful and frankly refreshing communication style that is relaxed but based on a complete understanding of, and tremendous experience in, her field. Within moments of starting our meeting I felt completely at ease and was able and encouraged to share my thoughts and expectations in relation to becoming an NED. Heather talked me through options and realities, then recommended some training courses that would help me both better understand the role of an NED and that would support any future application for a role. If you are considering becoming an NED in your future I cannot recommend Heather highly enough."
I am based outside of the UK – will the consultation work for me?
Heather’s knowledge of the NED and Trustee market is UK-focussed so she can offer a UK perspective on how the market works. Whilst she doesn’t have experience on how the international board market works, she can work with you to consider whether this is the right move for you.

Testimonials from Clients
Founder- Breaking out of the Chrysalis
Heather is one of the most engaging and knowledgeable speakers I have ever heard. She shares her Board expertise and knowledge, which is extensive, generously and persuasively. Her down to earth approach and advice are communicated in such a way that listeners are enabled to put her information into practice. Heather is a force of nature and one of the few speakers who can inspire and connect with her audience even on Zoom.

Its been nearly 2 years since my first conversation with Heather. She’s been great! To begin with she spent considerable time to understand my aims and my coaching sessions with her challenged me to reflect on the experiences I was gaining and consistently pushed me to think deeper and question my assumptions which was invaluable. She’s also been consistently proactive in thinking how she can help further to allow me to explore all opportunities.
